The Kingdom of the Netherlands declares that the Second Additional Protocol to the Universal Postal Convention will apply for the Caribbean part of the Netherlands (the islands of Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba), and for Aruba, Curaçao and Sint Maarten, in accordance with the provisions of the General Agreement on Trade in Services of the World Trade Organization.
