Austria

Austria declares that it will be able to provisionally apply the Agreement, pursuant to Article 30(4) thereof, only once it has notified the General Secretariat of the Council of the European Union, as the depository of the Agreement, that it has concluded the necessary national procedure for the Agreement to enter into force.

Netherlands, the Kingdom of the

The Kingdom of the Netherlands, the European part of the Netherlands, is in a position
to provisionally apply the Agreement. However, the Agreement will only be provisionally
applied by the Kingdom of the Netherlands upon the receipt of the notification from the
Secretariat-General of the Council of the European Union, as provided for in Article 30,
paragraph 5, of the Agreement.

Poland

The Republic of Poland declares that it may provisionally apply the Agreement according to its Article 30 paragraph 4 only once it has notified the General Secretariat of the Council of the European Union, as the depository of the Agreement, that it has concluded the necessary national procedure for the Agreement to enter into force.

Slovakia

Since the Common Aviation Area Agreement between the European Union and its Member States and the Republic of Armenia is to be signed, we agree to the provisional application of the Agreement in accordance with Article 30.

Spain

This Agreement, and any measure adopted in application hereof, shall be understood as being without prejudice to the legal position of the Kingdom of Spain on the territory of Gibraltar, as well as on the isthmus and the airport constructed thereon.

Following the signature on 15 November 2021 of the Common Aviation Area Agreement between the European Union and its Member States, of the one part, and the Republic of Armenia, of the other part, I hereby notify you that, upon authorisation by the Council of Ministers, Spain has completed its internal procedures and is in a position to provisionally apply that Agreement. However, Spain will not start provisional application until it receives from the depositary the notification provided for in Article 30(5) of the Agreement.
