The Kingdom of the Netherlands declares that the Constitution of the Universal Postal Union as well as the General Regulations of the Postal Union and the Universal Postal Convention will apply for the Caribbean part of the Netherlands (the islands of Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba), and for Aruba, Curaçao and Sint Maarten, and that the Postal Payment Services Agreement will apply for the Caribbean part of the Netherlands (the islands of Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba), and Curaçao, in accordance with the provisions of the General Agreement on Trade in Services of the World Trade Organization.
