Comment

The Agreement, with Protocol, is applied provisionally by the European part of the Netherlands from 7 July 2020, with the exclusion of the new Article 12, paragraph 4, of the 1993 Agreement, as amended, and with the exclusion of the provisions of Article 3, paragraph 1, littera b, (i) and (iii) of the Protocol to this Agreement (Trb. 2020, 128).
