Comment
The Amendment to the Montreal Protocol, except for the changes to article 4 of the
Protocol set out in article I of the Amendment, will enter into force on 01-01-2019.
The changes to Article 4 of the Protocol (Control of trade with non-Parties), set
out in Article I of this Amendment, shall enter into force on 01-01-2033.
