The Kingdom of the Netherlands declares that Aruba, Curaçao, Sint Maarten and the Caribbean part of the Netherlands (the islands of Bonaire, Saba and Sint Eustatius) will apply the Acts in accordance with the provisions of the General Agreement on Trade in Services of the World Trade Organisation.
