The Kingdom of the Netherlands declares that article 10 entails no obligations for the Kingdom of the Netherlands to participate in any form of military cooperation, without prejudice to the obligations by which the Kingdom of the Netherlands is bound, for the European part of the Netherlands, as a member state of the European Union.
