Declaration: With regard to articles 34 and 41 of the OCCAR Convention, the Government of the French Republic considers it necessary that OCCAR’s future financial rules provide for the establishment of specialised committees, in particular committees for budgetary and financial matters, to which certain competences of the Board of Supervisors may be delegated.
