The provisions of the present Convention do not apply to the arrest of ships due to maritime claims referred to in article 1 (o) and (p), to which Dutch law applies; and
The provisions of article 3 (1) do not apply to arrests carried out in the territory of the Kingdom of the Netherlands due to claims referred to in article 1 (q).
