In accordance with the provisions of Article 6, the Spanish competent authority for the distribution of therapeutic substances of human origin is the Dirección General de Farmacia y Productos Sanitarios, Ministerio de Sanidad y Consumo, Paseo del Prado, 18, 28071 MADRID.

At the time of signing the present Agreement, the Swedish Government declares that it accepts the provisions of the Agreement and of the Protocol only in so far as they apply to human blood.
