In order to implement the provisions of article 35, paragraph 4 of the Constitution of the International Labour Organisation, the Government of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, on behalf of the Government of the Netherlands Antilles, accepts without modification the obligations arising from the Convention (no. 105) concerning the Abolition of Forced Labour, adopted on 25 June 1957 by the General Conference of the International Labour Organisation.
