[...] declare that Article X in the Statutes as amended at the Extraordinary Council
meeting of International IDEA on 24 January 2006 shall not be interpreted as altering
or affecting the present or future host country agreement(s) between the government
of the Kingdom of Sweden and the International Institute for Democraty and Electoral
Assistance. Nor shall Article X be seen as affecting the status, rights or obligations
of International IDEA or its employees in Sweden, or of Sweden as host country of
International IDEA.
