The Treaty establishing the European Community, the Treaty establishing the European Coal and Steel Community and the Treaty etablishing the European Atomic Energy Community shall apply to the Aland Islands in accordance with the provisions set out in Protocol No 2 to the Act concerning the accession of the Kingdom of Norway, the Republic of Austria, the Republic of Finland and the Kingdom of Sweden to the European Union.
