Protocol II drawn up by the Diplomatic Conference convened with a view to bringing into force the International Conventions concerning the Carriage of Goods by Rail (CIM) and the Carriage of Passengers and Luggage by Rail (CIV) signed on 7 February 1970 concerning the extension of the period of validity of the Additional Convention to the CIV of 1961 relating to the Liability of the Railway for Death of and Personal Injury to Passengers signed on 26 February 1966 which came into force on 1 January 1973
