It is understood that the accession to the Protocol for the Amendment of the 1956
Agreement on the Joint Financing ofCertain Air Navigation Services in Greenland, signed
at Montreal on 3 November 1982, does not mean in any way a recognition of Israel by
the Government of the State of Kuwait. Furthermore, no treaty relations will arise
between the State of Kuwait and Israel.
