Treaty Database

You can register here for an Overheid.nl account.

You will be able to use this account to log in to the Treaty Database. When you are logged in, you can save search queries and receive e-mail updates to stay up to date about new treaties and modifications of information of treaties that match your search query.

The Overheid.nl account can also be used on the websites officielebekendmakingen.nl and overheid.nl/berichten-over-uw-buurt (both only in Dutch). If you have already registered for an Overheid.nl account there, you can use the same account to log in to the Treaty Database.

The password must meet the following security requirements:

  • At least 12 characters
  • At least 1 uppercase letter
  • At least 1 lowercase letter
  • At least 1 digit
  • At least 1 punctuation mark

Why is this data requested?

Providing your e-mail address is necessary to access the personalized ‘My subscriptions’ section of our website. If you specifically indicate this, you will receive e-mail updates about your saved search queries.

How is your data processed?

Your email address is stored in KOOP's subscription system. Your data will not be used for purposes other than those described above.

How long do we keep your data?

We keep your account details unless you decide to delete your account.
